Dr Khanna graduated from the University of Glasgow in 1998, trained in West Yorkshire and is a Consultant in Anaesthesia and Pain Management. He has been Clinical Lead for Pain Management at Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, Bradford and is currently Clinical Director for Anaesthesia, Pain, Theatres, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine.
He specialises in spinal, abdominopelvic and neuropathic pain, with areas of interest including injections and medical management of spinal pain, sciatica, spinal stenosis, nerve pain and spinal cord stimulation. His other clinical interests include post surgical/traumatic pain, chronic primary pain and visceral pain conditions.
